On a previous service visit, Service Writer, Chris Hamner had mentioned to me that it was time for new brakes on my 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. He also mentioned that there were rebates available on brake pads and other incentives for my brake service which had to be completed by August 31, 2026. A few days later, I reached out to Chris via text message to see if could schedule the needed brake service appointment for me due to no available appointments with the service scheduling desk for over a week and the incentives would have expired. With this in mind, Chris worked with Jeremy Rattertree, the Service Manager to arrange for me to be worked in for the service one day later which I am very thankful. As mentioned, the service department is led by Service Manager, Jeremy Rattertree . He is very involved with the customers and ensures his staff are trained, responsive, and meets the needs of the Andean clients. I am very appreciative that the service department staff goes above and beyond for their customers. The entire service appointment was smooth and timely. I would recommend this dealer to all my family and friends.

The whole experience of leasing my car was easy from start to finish.

30k Service was prompt, but questionable. Advisor was great. I needed the windshield washer leak addressed before the warranty expired. The tire rotation was just rotating front tires to rear, and visa versa…???

Everyone was friendly as we walked in. Mr Johnny had gotten the car that I wanted and kept me updated regularly. He was very nice to work with. Justin help set up my car and he was very helpful too. It was worth a 3 hour drive to have one of the best experiences buying a car.
