I went in for an oil change on the Blazer I had purchased from the dealership in late 2023, and I decided to take a walk around the lot. Being that I wasn't approached early on, I didn't give it too much thought regarding interest for a new vehicle. About 20 to 25 minutes in walking around the lot, I was greeted by a sales representative, Jerry. He asked if I had been greeted to which I responded I hadn't, he apologized and asked if I was interested in a particular vehicle. I politely responded that I was killing time while waiting on my oil change. He let me know if there anything I needed he'd be inside. That interaction sparked my interest because he was pushy after my response and he took the initiative to check to see if I had been greeted. I'm huge on customer service and because of Jerry's simple gesture, I ended up leaving the lot that day with my 3rd vehicle purchased from Andean.

The staff was really helpful and nice, but 1.5 hours just for a oil change and tire rotation is a lot time consider you can do it outside for 10-15 minutes

You were clocked out at 2:44 PM. As your were informed when you made your appointment our standard time for an oil change, tire rotation and Multi Point Vehicle Inspection is one hour and ninety minutes. Your visit from your scheduled appointment time was one hour and fourteen minutes which was sixteen minutes ahead of our standard.
