Service was friendly and informative. Lobby was comfortable and had coffee. The only reason not a five star experience is it took over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation.

Well was there nearly 3 hours and I told them when my appointment was made i had another appointment at 315 told me they would have me in and out on time but they didn't and I had to cancel my other appointment and didn't get out of there till right at 4 thats a piss poor crew yall have got booking appointments there and was very happy there but yall have gotten bad service there sorry for the crew there .

Normally the service department is great. Yesterday it took 1.5 hours longer for a routine service than normal.

Always excellent. One issue you need to address is price of the tire monitor replacement. Pep Boys is $75 and Costco is $65 each. Your price I believe was $170 each.

Great service experience at Andean as always. Good people.
