Outstanding customer service!

The multipoint inspection indicated that I needed an alignment and new tires due to uneven wear from improper alignment. Since I buy my tires at Discount Tire, I opted for the alignment only and took my car to Discount Tire for a second opinion. Their inspection indicated that my tires are wearing evenly and in fact did not need to be replaced, which makes me question the validity of the alignment. I have no complaints about how quickly the actual needed work was done in my car since it was ready only two business days after the diagnostic work was completed. But I won’t be bringing my car in for any sort of routine maintenance.

Jerry McDonald was the salesman I worked with during my experience. As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for anything else. Everyone was super helpful with everything I needed and made the process extremely smooth. With steady updates on paperwork, help getting the right information together, and providing me with all the details I needed to know as a first time buyer as well as purchasing a vehicle out of state. I have and will continue to recommend Jerry and this dealership to friends and family.

Intermittent issue was diagnosed quickly and car was quickly fixed. Communication while car was at the service center was excellent and Joey, the service advisor kept me up to date as needed.

They said they were a little behind, but two hours for a 15 minute oil change is not acceptable. They should text their clients and reschedule for a later time rather than have them sit for two hours.

On time and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you.
