The service writer wasn't very personable, doing something on her cell while I stood in front of her desk waiting to be acknowledged. No smile, no "how we doin today?" Maybe she was having a bad day. I was in for just an oil change, when I got home and let the car cool down I checked my oil twice and it was a good inch above the "full" line/dot. But what can be done at this point? It probably won't hurt the vehicle. The waiting area is not a very nice place, sort of reminded me of a smaller dealership in a small town somewhere. I know it's not a Lexus or Acura, but still.

Good and bad. Communication was not good from the start. Made appointment online and requested estimate in advance for specific services. No response. Showed up on time and asked the service agent for some specific diagnostic / safety checks related to brake wear and electrical system concerns and she said they had no time for anything more than an oil and filter change, but she said they always do a routine check. While that oil change service was executed quickly which was much appreciated, I was overcharged for the oil (Mobil 1) at $16.65/qt. which is double market price and negated the $40 coupon I was sent by GM (which spurred my decision to come to a dealer for service in the first place). At time of payment, I received no feedback whatsoever on my safety questions: brake wear, etc. which was also disappointing.

My appointment was at 7Am for oil and tires rotated finished by 8.
