Sales person Chad was easy to work with, not pushy, but there shouldn’t have to be a 30 minute negotiation over the out-the-door price that the dealership ultimately agreed to.

My salesman Erick Kreutzman was AMAZING. Erick spent at least 3 hours the first time I went walking lot and answered questions. I still was not sure I was ready to buy. I call him so many times with more questions and he was always very nice to answer my questions. We went back and Erick spent another 5 hours with us being so kind until I made the jump. I love my truck

I went in for an oil change on the Blazer I had purchased from the dealership in late 2023, and I decided to take a walk around the lot. Being that I wasn't approached early on, I didn't give it too much thought regarding interest for a new vehicle. About 20 to 25 minutes in walking around the lot, I was greeted by a sales representative, Jerry. He asked if I had been greeted to which I responded I hadn't, he apologized and asked if I was interested in a particular vehicle. I politely responded that I was killing time while waiting on my oil change. He let me know if there anything I needed he'd be inside. That interaction sparked my interest because he was pushy after my response and he took the initiative to check to see if I had been greeted. I'm huge on customer service and because of Jerry's simple gesture, I ended up leaving the lot that day with my 3rd vehicle purchased from Andean.
