Collier Johnson was a great representative for Andean, made test drives easy and relaxed. The selection was great, the facilities were impressive and the staff was trustworthy. Financing made the impossible possible. This was a sudden decision made easier by Andean's team. Want to stay a customer for a long time.

Poor customer service! Customer service rep did not return phone call and I resorted to driving to the dealership to get updates on my Chevrolet Pick Up truck. It took them 8 days from drop off to pickup to resolve the DEF problem.

Service was great. Received timely feedback throughout the process and no hassles.

My experience was very unprofessional. When making the appointment the person was unable to give me the service advisors name and when I arrived that was the first question. I explained the problem with my vehicle and the advisor had problems understanding what i meant. She also stated that I might need a tune-up because it was due. When called about estimate I was giving an oral estimate of $ 6600 and I asked for a written estimate I was sent an estimate hand written of $ 7400. The estimate did not cover anything that would help what I brought it in for and when I asked for about this she told me we will see after the repairs were done. I declined the repairs and said just do oil change and tire rotation. this was around 3 pm and she stated the tech had already gone home for today so it would be tomorrow before that was done. I went to pick up vehicle the next day and when I went out and cranked the vehicle the sensors to the wheels alerted. She had a porter go out and reset the sensors. I can't believe this was not already done and I have no problems with this in the past. The next day the driver side rear wheel sensor alerted again and I had to take it to another shop to get fixed. The last time I had gotten serviced at Andeans, they kept it 2 days extra because they didn't have the fluid for the 10 speed transmission. I came to Andean's the first time to purchase because of Costco's program.
