5K FOR KINDNESS

    About Creative Enterprises Forsyth

    Incorporated as a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) Community Rehabilitation Program in 1979, we provide Employment opportunities along with social and life skills training to individuals with disabilities. This is accomplished through on and off-site work training, job placement assistance, educational programs and community involvement events; along with a variety of additional resources.

    Creativity has been the cornerstone of our operations defining our culture of providing a wide spectrum of programs and services that allow persons with disabilities, and other barriers to employment, the opportunities to explore a variety of offerings that fulfill, challenge and encourage them to excel.

    Event details and schedule

    RACE START TIME:

    • 5K - 8:00am
    • 1K - 9:00am

    COST:

    • 5K - $25.00 until August 4 @ 11:59pm then $30.00
    • 1K - $20.00 until August 4 @ 11:59pm then $25.00

    COURSE:

    The 5K course is an out and back. It runs from Creative Enterprises on Pilgrim Mill Rd going toward 400 and returning to Creative Enterprises avoiding the worst hills.

    The 1K course is a shorter version of the 5K.

    EARLY PACKET PICKUP:

    RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

    There will be race day registration and packet pick up on site at Creative Enterprises located at 410 Pilgrim Mill Rd, Cumming, GA starting at 6:30am.

    TSHIRTS:

    All participants are guaranteed a t-shirt if registered by August 4th. If registered on or after August 5th we can not guarantee a t-shirt.

    FREE PARKING:

    Forsyth County Admin Parking Deck @ 215 Mason St Cumming and and additional parking at the Flat Lot @ 210 Ingram St, Cumming.
    PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OR CRESTVIEW ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

    AWARDS:

    Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, Age Group 3 deep 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-40, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and Up.

    All participants will receive a finishing medal.

    Event will be held rain or shine.
